Cherice, the founder, approached us with 2 problems she knew about: website design doesn't correspond to brand values and the conversion rate could be higher.
1. Move the brand identity to the website
As the brand has been around for a while, and it had its firm product labels. So we decided to create a design based on these labels, and we also added some creativity from our side: new colors, fonts, buttons, etc. We used the Dawn theme as a basis and rebuilt the store from scratch, so it became much faster and easy to use.
2. Optimize Images
In the process of development, we discovered that images were slowing the website down, and we saw an opportunity here. After resizing and compressing them, the website speed went up. We added some new images so that the brand feels more alive on the website.
3. CRO basics
We improved the navigation, especially on the desktop: grouped categories, put them into mega menus, and add images there. On the product page, we improved the description and put them in the tabs, customized the reviews, and added a better description for the subscription. We added a new upsell section to increase AOV on their product page.
