Hypothesis

We believe that extending the money-back guarantee from 60 days to 90 days and adding a prominent guarantee badge above the delivery date section will increase conversion rate because the longer guarantee period reduces purchase risk while the visual badge ensures this key objection-handler is seen before the Add to Cart decision. The 90-day window gives customers enough time to test the cushion across multiple trips (most people don't fly weekly), which signals product confidence. The prominent badge placement (above delivery date, with "Less than 1% claimed" social proof) makes risk reversal a primary selling point rather than buried text, addressing the core objection: "What if this doesn't work for my specific pain?"

What we learned

• Stopped early because it started to look not good. We are currently investigeting what caused sudden switch in metrics. • The hypothesis is strong for increasing guarantee from 60 days to 90 days and we know it worked for TGC in the past • The badge could've been the reason it didn't perform - it pushed estimated delivery date, USPs and info dropdowns further • We will retest this after PDP redesign without additional badge, but with just increasing the guarantee to 90 days sitewide
