Hypothesis

Adding a pre-order batch progression table showing filled/filling/available slots will increase pre-order conversion rate and pull demand forward to earlier batches, because visible scarcity on the May 3rd batch (90% SOLD) creates urgency to reserve now rather than wait, the crossed-out Apr 3rd batch provides social proof that demand is real, and offering a Jun 2nd fallback captures customers who would otherwise abandon if only one shipping date was available: similar to tiered Kickstarter reward models that convert 25-40% higher than single-tier offers.

What we learned

Winner: the pre-order batch table lifted CVR ~+16.1% relative (1.81% to 2.10%) and RPV ~+14.5% ($3.35 to $3.84), adding an estimated $1.6M in annualized revenue.
