Hypothesis

By adding a sticky call-to-action that keeps the buy action persistently visible as visitors scroll the mobile Tablets PDP, we expect to shorten the path from purchase intent to action, increasing conversion rate and lifting revenue per visitor.

What we learned

What we tested: Adding a sticky call-to-action bar to the mobile Hydrogen Water Tablets product page, so the buy action stays visible as visitors scroll (mobile visitors only, 50/50 split). What happened: The variation was ahead on all three key measures. - Conversion rate: Control 5.0% vs Variation 5.3% (up 5%) - Revenue per visitor: Control $3.48 vs Variation $3.86 (up 11%) - Average order value: Control $69.47 vs Variation $73.12 (up 5%) Statistical confidence: There is a 90% chance the variation is better on revenue per visitor, an 82% chance on conversion rate, and an 81% chance on average order value. Why it matters: The lift came almost entirely from returning visitors, their conversion rate rose 25% (99% confidence) and revenue per visitor rose 30% (96% confidence), while new visitors were flat (a 2% lower conversion rate, well within noise). Visitors who already know the product appear to benefit most from having the buy action always within reach. Note: Test ran June 29 to July 14, 2026 (15 days, 23,469 visitors, 1,208 orders). Revenue per visitor cleared the 90% confidence mark, but conversion rate stayed below the usual 85% threshold, the revenue result is the stronger basis for the call.
