The job

Targets Ardant's top-spending ads. A pre-lander ('Build the stack you never take off') feeds into an interactive bundle builder. Both pages custom-coded from scratch.

The angle

This was a structure test and an offer test at once. The old funnel leaned on a 10%-off email popup; this one has no popup and runs 'buy 2 pairs get 5% off, buy 3 and one pair is free' instead. We de-risked the offer first with an email-only campaign that tested it on the existing list, and it performed, so we had evidence before rebuilding the funnel.

What to steal

Two things. The pre-lander hero: clean headline, value proposition, and the offer right in your face with selectable tiers. And the builder's sticky cart bar with a live progress bar that fills as you add pairs, keeping the offer visible the whole way down.

Result

Over a 20-day isolated test on part of the ad traffic: +15.2% conversion rate, +10.0% AOV, +26.7% revenue per visitor, roughly +$100K in monthly revenue on the funnel tested. More items per order and higher conversion at the same time, which is the sign the structure and the offer both beat the old ones.

What we'd do next

Keep experimenting with the offer itself, and try more media on the pre-lander.
